Registration: Categories and Fees
By registering for the conference, participants confirm that they have read and agree to the EUGEO 2027 Code of Conduct.
Registration for EUGEO 2027 – The 11th EUGEO Congress on the Geography of Europe will be handled through an external online registration system. Direct link at the bottom of this page.
Participants whose abstracts have been accepted will receive further instructions on how to complete the registration process. The conference will offer different registration categories depending on timing and role:

Registration timing
Participants will be able to register according to the following schedule:
Early bird registration
January 2027 – April 2027
Late registration
May 2027 – June 2027
Overtime registration ("sleepy bird")
June 2027 – July 2027
What the registration fee includes
The conference registration fee will include access to:
- conference welcome kit
- access to all conference sessions
- keynote lectures
- coffee breaks and networking events
EUGEO OFF – Side events
In addition to the scientific programme, the conference will also host a series of informal and cultural events under the label “EUGEO OFF.”
These activities may include events such as:
- the conference gala dinner
- cultural visits and guided tours
- informal networking events
Participation in EUGEO OFF events may require separate registration and an additional fee.
