Venue
EUGEO 2027 will be hosted at the Social Sciences Campus of the University of Florence, located in the Novoli district.
The campus hosts the Schools of Economics and Management, Political Science, and Law, and provides a modern academic environment with numerous lecture rooms suitable for parallel sessions, workshops, and meetings. Large plenary halls will host keynote lectures and major congress events.
The Novoli campus is well connected to Florence’s city centre and main transport hubs, including Florence Airport and Santa Maria Novella railway station.
How to get there
The conference venue is located at the Social Sciences Campus of the University of Florence (Novoli district), easily accessible from Florence’s main transport hubs.
From Florence Airport (Amerigo Vespucci)
The campus is approximately 1 km from the airport. The easiest options are a short taxi ride (5 minutes) or the tram line T2 towards the city centre, stopping near the Novoli district.
From Santa Maria Novella Railway Station
The fastest way to reach the campus is by tram from the stop in front of the station. The journey takes about 10 minutes and stops close to the Novoli area.
From the city centre
Several bus lines connect the historic centre with the Novoli district. Bus line 22 is one of the most convenient options, with a travel time of approximately 20 minutes.
The campus is also easily reachable by taxi or bicycle and is well connected to Florence’s public transport network.
