Registration
By registering for the conference, participants confirm that they have read and agree to the EUGEO 2027 Code of Conduct.
Registration for EUGEO 2027 – The 11th EUGEO Congress on the Geography of Europe will be handled through an external online registration system. The registration portal will be accessible through this page once it becomes available.
Participants whose abstracts have been accepted will receive further instructions on how to complete the registration process.
Registration categories
The conference will offer different registration categories:
- Regular participants
- PhD students
- Other reduced categories (if applicable)
Reduced registration fees will be available for PhD students.

Registration timeline
Participants will be able to register according to the following schedule:
Early bird registration
January 2027 – March 2027
Late registration
March 2027 – May 2027
Final registration ("sleepy bird")
May 2027 – June 2027
What the registration fee includes
The conference registration fee will include access to:
- all conference sessions
- keynote lectures
- poster sessions
- coffee breaks and networking events
Further information regarding social events and optional activities will be announced closer to the conference date.
EUGEO OFF – Side events
In addition to the scientific programme, the conference will also host a series of informal and cultural events under the label “EUGEO OFF.”
These activities may include events such as:
- the conference gala dinner
- cultural visits and guided tours
- informal networking events
Participation in EUGEO OFF events may require separate registration and an additional fee.
